Delivery information

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wilde Gifts. Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Shipping

Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in delivery of your
order, please feel free to contact us.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur during busy time or over holidays.

All of our orders are posted with royal mail.

All of our postage is weight based and is automatically calculated at checkout via royal mail.

Larger orders may be delivered by hermes or parcelforce.

We offer 1st and 2nd class postage

Global shipping is also weight based and is posted as standard international unless otherwise stated.

Dispatch

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. All our parcels/packages will be securely packaged to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition, However damages may occur during transit. Tracking numbers available upon request, for items such as Wish bracelets, these will be posted as a large letter and therefore will not include a tracking number, only a reference number.

For personalised orders our turn around time is 3-4 days before dispatch, if the item is needed by a certain date, please state on checkout the date you need it by, so that we can ensure the item gets to you in good time.

During busy periods such as Christmas, please bare in mind delivery companies do take longer to deliver, we advise you to order early to avoid disappointment.

Damages

Wilde About Crafts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your
order arrives damaged, please contact us or the shipment carrier to file a claim so we can do our upmost to sort the problem as soon as possible for you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please let us know as soon as possible if an item is faulty upon delivery, we require images of said damage before we can issue a refund.
